Prices:  All prices are in U.S. dollars.  All of our prices reflect Skate By Design's commitment to offer high quality standards for the best price. However, continued increases in raw materials, utilities, and labor subject us to price changes beyond our control. 

PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.Payment:  all payments must be in U.S. dollars.  Money orders, checks, Visa MC, and Amex are accepted as payment.  Checks should be made out to Skate By Design.  A service fee of $25.00 will be charged for any check payment that must be reprocessed.  Payment in full must be received before an order can be processed.

Delivery Time:  Orders for stock items are usually processed and shipped within 5 business days.  Items temporarily out of stock will be back ordered and shipped as soon as they are available.  Non - stock items and custom items will be shipped in 2-4 weeks.

Returns and Exchanges:  We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unwashed/unworn garments.  ALL REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED BY A COMPANY CHECK!! Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.  In the event of material defect, shipping and exchanges will be handled at no extra charge.  CUSTOM ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!!!!!!!

Shipping charges:  $8.00 (first item)  $1.50 (each additional item) (U.S. orders only!!!!)                                                       International orders:  $10.00 (handling charge: Skate By Design)  Additional shipping charges depends on country being shipped to and U.S. postal regulations.  Please contact Skate By Design for exact charges.

Custom:  Any item purchased that requires alterations (i.e., different inseam from standard size, or different color from standard black.)  The price of alterations are as follows:  ,  inseam alteration - add $15.00,  different color - add $15.00.  Please note that colors are an approximate hue and may be different for each fabric manufacturer.  CUSTOM ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!!!!!!

How to measure:  Chest measurement:  taken with a deep breath, arms held out at shoulder height.  Waist mesurement:  taken around the natural waistline.  Hips measurement:  taken around the fullest part of the buttocks.  Inseam measurement:  the length of the leg from the crotch to one inch above the floor.  Measure in socks.
