DISCOUNT PROGRAM

Dear Parents, Coaches and Clubs:
Because of the difficulty of persuading pro-shop to carry items for male figure skaters, and we all know that the need is there, we at Skate By Design has developed a new program called the Basic Skate Discount Program.
The Basic Skate Discount Program is a program developed to by-pass the middleman and offers a substantial discount directly to you. This program will allow groups, clubs and parents to work together and save money.
The discounts are offered as follows:
1. Form 1: 3–5 items will receive a 15% discount off of retail sale
prices.
2. Form 2: 6–10 items will receive a 25% discount off of retail sale
prices.
3. Form 3: 11-15 items will receive a 35% discount off of retail sale
prices.
4. Form 4: 16 or more will receive a 40% discount off of retail sales
prices.
Here is how it works:
A. Contact Skate by Design directly to receive the order form that best
fits your skating needs. (STOCK ITEMS ONLY)
B. Fill out a completed order form and return to Skate by Design with
full payment included.
C. Postage will be included on the order form.
D. All orders must be paid by a single: check, money order or credit
card.
E. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery.
